Heart of Darkness summary 20-22

Marlow have to camp in a campment for 10 days, he met the cpmpany chief accountant, and they started talking each other. After that the chief talk about Mr Kurtz, and Marlow ask him:
Who is Mr Kurtz? And the chief anwser: That Kurtz was firs-class agent and that his company sell more Ivory than all the other companies put all together.
In this 10 days Marlow realized about the very bad conditions of life available in the Congo.
